Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
